Went to Hakone & Gora yesterday. You get off the Shinkensen at Odawarra then take the local train to Hakone, then the switchback up to Gora.

Next the cable car up to the ropeway. The day was very cloudy and the top of Mt. Fuji was covered with cloud. Very cold, snow and very busy.

This couple were not exactly dressed for a cold trip on the ropeway to Lake Ashinoko.
