Ura san & Yuko san picked us in their car and took us on a two day trip around the coastline of Chiba.
First stop was the Yamasa Choshi soy sauce factory. Very interesting video on how soy sauce is made. Soy sauce ice cream is surprisingly nice.

Next stop was Cape Inubosaki Lighthouse built in 1874.

Yuko and I climbed the 99 steps to the top of the lighthouse.Freezing up there but amazing views of the Pacific Ocean.
Fresh seafood lunch at a restaurant at Wosse 21.
Spent the night at the Daiwa Royal Hotel Cape Taibo. Nice hotel, good food, big rooms, good onsen  and wonderful views of the coast from our window.
