The women Divers of Japan. Some in their 80s and still diving. They dive for shellfish, seaweed and sea urchins now rather that pearls.
They cooked the shellfish they caught for us on an open grill. There were no sauces. The shellfish were just cooked in their own juices.I don’t like scallops but these were different and delicious. After our lunch they answered questions and danced. Fabulous tour.
