The Diamond Princess received a huge welcome from the people of Takamatsu, fireworks and characters. Takamatsu is located in central Kagawa Prefecture. It is a Port city on the Island of Shikoku in the Seto Inland sea I took the shuttle into the town and walked the 2.5 kms of the shopping street.
